Toronto is a pretty dope city overall in terms of the sex shops. I haven’t been to them, all but the main ones are all friendly in their own way.
At the Condom Shack, Pam’s your girl! She’s been there for ages and she’s cute and easy to talk to about anything. It’s located right in the main-vein of Queen West so tons of teenagers are in there all the time making jokes and just being the turds teenagers are, you’d have to have a healthy sense of irony and a thick skin to work there with a smile. Pam’s got both.
Not for nothing, but I think I’ve sent every guy I’ve dated in the last 5 years (not that it’s a long list or anything) to Pam to get condoms they’ll like. It’s beyond me why men complain so much about condoms but never bother to look for better. I mean, if you hate them so much, do a little research and get it sorted. Cause, and I think I speak for most young women when I say, I hate babies and Aids and cleanup a LOT more; luckily condoms alleviate all these things.
In any case, the Condom Shack is the perfect place to send a complaining boy. I usually call Pam first, tell her what he looks like and what the problem is (too small, dry, big, thick whatever the whining is) and she has a way of sorting out even the most timid guy. There’s a lot of joke stuff there too (I once bought an 8 foot penis punching bag as a joke from this exact location) so the atmosphere is sort of at ease. It’s not like a specialty store with really crazy sex toys or anything, this is just the spot where you pick up domes.
When used as a condom department store or a joke gift shop, the Condom Shack is aces every time.
