Oh, Rebel House. If I could legally marry a restaurant, I would get on bended knee right now. I don’t know if it’s your soul warming, rib-sticking comfort food, your awesome selection of microbrews or that feeling as soon as you walk in the door that everyone knows your name (but in a good way, like minus Kirstie Alley).

The Rebel House has a lot of heart and a lot of character. Their menu is filled with home-cooked favourites (meatloaf, mac and cheese, burgers). They also offer the option and getting half salad and half fries with your meal (for all you pseudo health freaks out there). Their brunch is also capital T tasty and nothing in here will clear out your wallet. The wait staff is also super friendly and super fast (yay for coffee refills).

The great thing about this place is that it’s clearly always filled with regulars (and people from far off lands – like Australia). So if you want to see some friendly faces and chow down on a good meal, hit up The Rebel House and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home.
