One of my favourite things to do at the end of a long work week is pick up the phone, say as little as humanly possible and then
magically have delicious fresh sushi delivered to my door. And I do that frequently with Sushi Delight.
I’ve never actually been to this Japanese restaurant located on The Danforth, but for over a year, it’s been my go-to delivery place and I can confidently say, it’s never let me down.
I can call and order exactly what I ordered the time before, use the same credit card and the same address without having to repeat it. It literally takes me less than 5 minutes to order a full dinner for two (at a cost of about $25).
And I have to say that having a human being on the other end of the phone, taking my order and saying thank you and telling me it will be there in 45 minutes (it’s usually 20) is so refreshing. Having to speak to a robot and press a bunch of buttons can be really tiring after you spend a workweek dealing with technology.
At Sushi Delight you get old-fashioned customer service when you order, efficient service and speedy delivery. Oh and did I mention how delicious all their sushi is. I recommend the salmon pizza, spider rolls and avocado salad for a delightfully filling meal.
