My five favourite words have to be all you can eat sushi. And Sushi Island (571 College Street) knows the way to my heart.

Located on College and Manning, Sushi Island is a sushi lovers paradise. For about $12 you can get the limited menu, which offers almost everything on the all you can eat menu – minus a couple special rolls. But for $16, you get everything offered on this giant smorgasbord. You’ll get favourites like spicy tuna, California rolls and then some crazy stuff like cream cheese rolls and giant dragon type constructions as well. You also get the good ol’ miso soup and green salad with your meal. Drinks are extra

This place is great because the service is fast, fast, fast and friendly. They have the lots of food for little money scheme down to a tee. You can be in, overfed and out of this place in 20 minutes. It can get pretty busy though so be prepared to wait.

But boy, oh boy. Is that giant green dragon thing ever worth it.
